My Story

A career built at the intersection of people, partnerships & purpose

Over my career, I have led teams, built partnerships, and driven organizational change across Fortune 500 companies, healthcare systems, and nonprofit organizations.

My experience at PepsiCo and Nike Inc. provided opportunities to lead across sales, supply chain, talent, culture, employee engagement, and global diversity, equity, and inclusion. Throughout that journey, I partnered with leaders across the enterprise to build high-performing teams, strengthen cultures, foster accountability, and drive results.

Most recently, as Regional Chief DEI Officer and Executive Director of Community Engagement for Providence’s Central Division, I led initiatives that aligned organizational priorities with talent, performance, employee engagement, health outcomes, strategic partnerships, community impact, and governance across multiple markets.

Alongside my executive career, nonprofit board service has remained a constant, supporting organizations focused on education, workforce development, youth advancement, and community impact.

Today, I bring these experiences together through executive advisory work that helps organizations strengthen leadership, improve performance, and create meaningful impact.

My Philosophy

The strongest organizations create the conditions people need to contribute fully.

“High performance is strengthened when organizations bring together different perspectives, remove barriers to opportunity, and create cultures where people can contribute at their best.”
